EVOBRAND Concepts reserves the right to suspend or remove profiles that violate these guidelines or submit fraudulent capability documentation.

4. Uploaded Content

By uploading documents such as capability sheets, trade certifications, or tax details, you warrant that you hold all proprietary rights. EVOBRAND Concepts does not claim ownership of user-uploaded files, but holds a license to host and parse details to facilitate NAICS matching functions.

5. Limitation of Liability

EVOConnected is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. EVOBRAND Concepts makes no guarantees of successful bids, job matches, or 100% platform uptime. EVOBRAND Concepts is not liable for any special, consequential, or economic damages resulting from the use of the platform.
